Most of the factory energy consumption of electricity is collected through the installation of wind power for enterprise production and life, all production water and domestic water from the rainwater collection, and self-built rainwater collection and processing equipment, to the enterprise all surrounding and the building roof rainwater collecting post-processing, and supply to all production water and domestic water.
The factory-built its own intermediate water treatment and supply system to collect all the production water and domestic water twice. The collected and treated secondary water is then supplied to the toilet water, workshop floor washing, road floor washing, green spraying, and other USES of the factory.
The factory has specially installed a complete set of bio-diesel production and conversion equipment to convert the animal fat produced in the production process and the leftover food fat collected by restaurants all over Japan, and all the biodiesel produced is supplied to the fleet of the enterprise for use.
The factory extracts methane from plant stalks, animal feces, residues and hair, and other biological wastes produced in the production and living process and supplies them to the production process for heating. The residue after fermentation is then processed into harmless treatment, after fermentation residue, and into harmless handling, processing into homegrown organic fertilizer supply supermarkets, make all the production process of waste, wastewater, and exhaust gas has been effectively recycling, recycling and utilization of enterprises to realize the true sense of "zero emissions".
